1. Company Information

2. Acceptance of Terms
   

   By accessing or using this website, registering as a member, or participating in any event or service, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
• You are legally capable under UAE law to enter into binding agreements.

3. Nature of Services
   

   WIP NETWORK FZCO provides:

• Networking platforms for women
• Events, workshops, and community activities
• Membership programs
• Digital content and promotional services

These services are aligned with the UAE’s national focus on women empowerment and participation across sectors.

4. Membership & Participation
   

• Membership is subject to approval and may be revoked at our discretion should the member break basic membership rules
• Members must provide accurate and complete information
• You agree to act professionally and respectfully within the community.
• Membership Commitment: All memberships are established on a 12-month basis. If a payment plan is selected, this is offered as a financial convenience and does not constitute a “pay-as-you-go” service. By enrolling, you agree that all 12 scheduled payments are mandatory and must be completed in full, regardless of your level of participation or changes in personal circumstances. Should you opt for a payment plan for the Premium Tier, please note that all scheduled payments must be completed in full, regardless of changes in personal circumstances.

  We reserve the right to:

  
  

• We reserve the right to terminate a membership at our discretion if a member’s conduct is deemed inappropriate or out of alignment with our community values. Please note that such termination by the brand does not waive the member’s financial obligation. As the membership is a 12-month commitment, all remaining installments on a payment plan must still be fulfilled.
• Remove participants from events or platforms without a refund when brand values are broken.

5. Fees, Payments & Strict Non-Refund Policy
   

   All payments made to WIP NETWORK FZCO, including but not limited to:

• Membership fees
• Application fees
• Event participation fees
• Program or service fees

  ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

  
  

  This includes:

• Cancellation by the participant
• Non-attendance
• Personal reasons
• Travel restrictions
• Dissatisfaction after participation

  By making any payment, you irrevocably waive any right to chargeback or refund.

6. Event and Retreat Participation & Liability Waiver
   By attending any WIP NETWORK FZCO event, or a retreat, you acknowledge and agree:

• Participation is entirely at your own risk
• The Company is not liable for:

• Personal injury
• Loss or theft of belongings
• Any damages occurring during events.
  • You release and indemnify the Company, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims

      You confirm that:

• You are physically and mentally fit to attend events
• You will comply with venue rules and UAE laws.

7. Media Consent & Image Rights
   

   By attending events or using our platform, you grant WIP NETWORK FZCO:

• Full, irrevocable, worldwide rights to:

• Record video, audio, and photographs
• Use your image, voice, and likeness
• Publish content for marketing, branding, and commercial use

  This includes:

• Social media
• Website
• Advertisements
• PR and press

  You waive:

• Any right to compensation
• Any right to inspect or approve content

  Opt-out: Must be submitted in writing before the event.

8. User Conduct (UAE Compliance)
   You agree NOT to:

• Post or share unlawful, offensive, or defamatory content
• Violate UAE Cybercrime Law
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abuse
• Promote unauthorized services or spam

  Violation may result in:

• Immediate removal
• Permanent ban
• Legal action under UAE law

9. Intellectual Property
   

   All content on the website is owned by WIP NETWORK FZCO.

   You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
• Use branding, logos, or materials without written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection (UAE PDPL)
