5. Fees, Payments & Strict Non-Refund Policy
   
   All payments made to WIP NETWORK FZCO, including but not limited to:

• Membership fees
• Application fees
• Event participation fees
• Program or service fees
  
  ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
  
  This includes:

• Cancellation by the participant
• عدم الحضور(non-attendance)
• Personal reasons
• Travel restrictions
• Dissatisfaction after participation
  
  By making any payment, you irrevocably waive any right to chargeback or refund.
  
  

6. Event Participation & Liability Waiver
   By attending any WIP NETWORK FZCO event, you acknowledge and agree:
   
   

• Participation is entirely at your own risk
• The Company is not liable for:

• Personal injury
• Loss or theft of belongings

  • You release and indemnify the Company, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims

• You are physically and mentally fit to attend events

7. Media Consent & Image Rights
   
   By attending events or using our platform, you grant WIP NETWORK FZCO:

• Full, irrevocable, worldwide rights to:

• Record video, audio, and photographs
• Use your image, voice, and likeness
• Publish content for marketing, branding, and commercial use
  
  This includes:

• Social media
• Website
• Advertisements
• PR and press
  
  You waive:

• Any right to compensation
• Any right to inspect or approve content
  
  Opt-out: Must be submitted in writing before the event.
  
  

8. User Conduct (UAE Compliance)

• Post or share unlawful, offensive, or defamatory content
• Violate UAE Cybercrime Law
